Hi bro,... I don' t really know,.... my strategy has always been : Look at fundamentals, monitor a bit,... if things don' t chg much from my investment thesis earlier, I' ll just hold-on to the ctr and ride out the volatility. Then the price will go up. I will even average-up slowly. I have been wrong at times,... then I cutloss. Hence, in essence, I don' t really look at how high the price might go to.

📈 Centurion surged from S$0.40 to S$1.56 in under a year. The key driver? Clear value unlocking through a REIT spin-off and strong fundamentals. Its share price has re-rated closer to its RNAV of ~S$2.07. Now, Boustead (SGX: F9D) appears to be following the same playbook. It has risen from ~S$1.10 to ~S$1.40 recently, backed by a 48% jump in FY2025 profit and signs of asset monetisation ahead. Yet it still trades far below its sum-of-parts valuation of over S$3.00. Boustead Singapore ($1.39) &ndash Still Undervalued Market cap: $650m Net cash: $320m Enterprise value: just $330m (~$0.66/share) Geo-spatial segment alone earns ~$50m PBT/year. Assigning just 10x PE = $500m valuation. That&rsquo s more than the entire business (ex-cash). Everything else &mdash real estate under Boustead Project (worth around $600mil or more) , enginering, etc &mdash is free. Core EPS ~$0.15 &rarr PE of less than 5x  ( $0.66/$0.15 = 4.4 only) Strong balance sheet. Recurring income. Optionality. Still a bargain. |

Yes, I noticed the below too,... first by Centurion, and now by Boustead. Boustead' s assets atre logistics & industrial assets,... better than Centurion' s worker & student accomodation assets ? Look at the industrial and logistics REITs around us,... and look at CLAS' student accomodation assets. Recall too,... Mapletree Industrial Trust wanted to go into student accomodation assets a few yrs ago but the plan fell-through.

Boustead Singapore reviews assets for potential sale to Reit for listing
No certainty that any transaction will materialise as a result of this process, says the engineering and technology group
 
[SINGAPORE] Boustead Singapore : F9D +0.81% is conducting strategic reviews for the sale of its stake in some of its logistics and industrial real estate assets to a real estate investment trust, to be listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.
 
The engineering and technology group said in a Thursday (Jun 12) filing that the review is part of its &ldquo ordinary course of business to periodically consider options and opportunities&rdquo in relation to its investments to unlock shareholder value.
 
&ldquo There is no certainty that any transaction will materialise as a result of this process,&rdquo it added.

Just trust FF Wong. The latest few moves already added significant value to shareholders, namely, the buying back of BPJ, the transfer of fund and property management businesses for a 24.1% stake in Unified Industrial and now exploring reit listing. Its dividend payout yield is also not exactly on the low side.
