I find it strange...that why my comment...if company and management wants to build investor confidence then mistakes like this giving misleading impressions is not helpful...gives the impression management is bumbling and confused and raises concerns about firm' s true value...very poor...best they find a better PR firm..not happy...time to get ready to buy cheap as people have faith and trust hurt...down down down goes the price...

Announcement!!!...Nothing...just a clarification of a media article....adds to nothing....see this stock tank tomorrow and held south, south and further south...perhaps pick it up at 3c...if missed boat not a problem as get cheap in a few weeks...nothing in pipeline and nothing won..no win, no reward...down only....shame...another opportunity missed. |

They likely announcing they going to buy out some other company that they pay too much for, increases shares outstanding so as to dilute EPS further, a buy out that adds little value to topline and bottomline and likely simply adds more debt to company....all they have done for is buy out worthless junk firms last 9 months so nothing new coming but pain for shareholders with stupid dilution....another kick in teeth..best sell while can.... |

From Business Times: Offshore support vessel owner Vallianz Holdings is in talks to secure " a few more contracts that could be worth more than US$100 million each from its main customer. The contracts under discussion are all from a Middle Eastern state oil company that is among the biggest in the world, the catalist-listed firm told a briefting. Rawabi group president and chieft executive Osman Ibrahim said on Wednesday that this contract could possibly be extended into a 15 year one that could be worth at least THRICE the US$97 million amount. |

Vallianz gunning for more, bigger contracts in Middle East 15 Apr7:28 PM OFFSHORE support vessel owner Vallianz Holdings is in talks to secure " a few" more contracts that could be worth more than US$100 million each from its main customer, it told a briefing on Wednesday. The contracts it is negotiating are from a Middle Eastern state oil company that is among the biggest in the world, the Catalist-listed firm said, though it did not want to state this company' s name. Most of Vallianz' s revenue comes from its 50:50 joint venture (JV) with Saudi Arabian conglomerate Rawabi Holding, which also owns about 20 per cent of Vallianz. Vallianz' s biggest shareholder, mainboard-listed Swiber Holdings, has around a 27 per cent stake. The JV has a fleet of 22 offshore support vessels, which Vallianz chief executive Ling Yong Wah said was fully chartered out. Vallianz sank 0.2 Singapore cents to 7.5 Singapore cents on Wednesday.
