Witness the debacle of parliament trying to stymie the awarding authority from releasing the results of the tender and undermining the very authority of the awarding authority.   Already the first signs of not everybody being on the same page . No consensus. Going forward, the current winners will feel more pain than gain and rue the day they were awarded the tender.
