And also at various price, sometimes up, sometimes down. Based the the way the bid is placed, it is trying to push up the share price (my take), but no intention of buying. It is often placed 1 or 2 bids lower than current market price. When price is up, the Bid is shifted up as well. When price is heading down, the Bid is shifted down as well. Just my observation.
