Example: Global yellow page, JB Food' s having  majority shareholder Popian King, Mr Goi. Price keep dropping ever since BBs are out. I wonder if Mr Chin is comparable to Popian King. So I have been telling u all along the price rise is due to BBs doing pump and dump. And the BBs are out if i am not wrong, that why the share price is slowly but surely drifting down, volume too has been on the decline. Eventually it will drop back to 2.6 cents region and stagnant there for a long time before the next penny bull, which is anyone guess. It means ur $$$ will be stuck and u will have opportunity costs with ur $$$ stuck. 2.6 cents is the 3 years average... Those who bought at > 4.5 cents may never get to see that price again .. u can refer to the share price chart.

So in the end, you will have 100 lots of adventus shares  for your hotel. End result: You have total of  106 lots  while other investors 4 lots. Imagine you are Mr Chin, which case would you choose? Case 1 or Case 2?     BUT if the hotel belongs to  a 3rd party and not Mr Chin' s, Case 1) Would you issue Adventus shares at 10 cents to buy over hotel from 3rd party?  ie: Issuing 10 lots of adventus shares at 10 cents = 10 x $100 = $1000 to buy over hotel from 3rd party. So in the end, you will have  6 lots of adventus shares, small  investors 4 lots, 3rd party 10 lots. OR Case 2) Would you issue Adventus shares at 1 cents to buy over  hotel from 3rd party?  ie: Issuing 100 lots of adventus shares at 1 cents = 100 x $10 = $1000 to buy over  hotel from 3rd party. So in the end, you will have 6 lots of adventus shares,  small  investors 4 lots, 3rd party 100 lots. Which case would you choose? Case 1) or 2)?
