I hope Banyan Tree, through its years of hard slog, and focus on Quality and Branding, can one day be a Singapore hotel flag carrier. I am just waiting patiently. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Banyan Tree announced that there will be substantial disposal gain when its assets are injected into the China JV with Vanke. After signing of the final agreement, we will know how much that will be. I think they may be a special dividend to be given out after that. Later, Banyan Tree China JV may be listed separately in one of China stock exchanges. Looking forward to the spin off.
