Going forward, with its recent acquisitions, the results are likely to be even better. See below: Future looks very good. See below: 1) 5 new coffee shops n 8 food stalls, acquired in Nov and Dec 2019 2) 2 coffee shops, 3 industrial canteens and 1 restaurant,       acquired in June 2020. 3) 2 other acquisitions in the pipeline 4) productivity has gone up as can be seen from the improved     gross margin and net margin. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I feel this one must patient and hold. Coffeeshops doing very well after circuit breaker. I go coffeeshop eat lunch see nowadays all very crowded. Sales better than pre-covid as 1) economy not good, people eat more coffeeshop and 2) their online food delivery sales should have strengthened too vs last year as covid ' train' people to online order more. Plus, seems like they been on an acquisition/JV spree to manage/own more coffeeshops. I think should add to this period' s top and bottomline. Key risks is 1) this period' s financial results starts from April to Sep, which means the toughest period (circuit breaker period) will be reflecting in the coming results and 2) guess a lot tenants don' lt want to pay/hold up rent during or even after circuit breaker, which may result in some bad debt. Hopefully the other months can make up to show growth y-o-y. But after this period over (provided no next round lockdown), going forward i think should be much better growth already.  I' m vested so my views may be bias la.
