If they sold out in 2 days or better still in 2 hours (Yanlord achieved that in Shanghai and Nanjing), and they announce it, KOP share price will surge to 15 cts. (Whicb is still under valued in terms of fair value gains from their land value appreciation) 1st, need to clear 10 to 11 cts range 1st.

临 港 Lingang is HOT in Property Demand .

Several Universities (this factor very jmportant for China house and condo buyers) French and British University appeal even more 5. Shanghai Residency Rights (most important) : professionals in the area will be encouraged to apply for local hukou, or household registration. Professionals get it faster. Others wait need to buy and stay the properties for 5 years or so. 6. Eco - city Transport System : 18.9 kilometer, medium-capacity traffic system, along with electric buses, as well as vehicle and bicycle sharing programs to create a green and efficient public transport system 7. Several universities will open campuses in the Lingang area, and two new ones are setting up shop ? the Sino-French arts and design management school of the China Central Academy of Fine Arts, and the Sino-British International Low-carbon College. Both will start enrollment in September. Construction is under way for a new campus for the Shanghai University of Electric Power. A yacht training base has also been planned in Lingang, the committee added. Construction has also begun on modern office buildings, hotels, shopping malls and convention centers. The port area of the city aims to develop itself into a new town featuring science and technology, culture, finance, trade and tourism. The committee has announced that professionals in the area will be encouraged to apply for local hukou, or household registration, in a move aimed at attracting talented personnel to help to realize its ambition. Such professionals will also enjoy preferential housing prices, low rents and accommodation subsidies. In the future, Lingang will promote an 18.9 kilometer, medium-capacity traffic system, along with electric buses, as well as vehicle and bicycle sharing programs to create a green and efficient public transport system, the committee said. |

Definitely holding this. If their 1st Residential launch in Shanghai is a huge success (e.g. sold out in 2 days ) , then we can see 15 cts easily.

NTA after Mr Sam Goi 20 % stake is 9.6 cts / share. This is BEFORE fair value gains from Shanghai Big Parcel of Land price appreciation gains recognition. NTA Easily double if you include that.

Just remember this, in Property Developmemt , especially a large scale Mixed Use type, land costs is most most important.
They got a really good deal. For a large piece of land parcel in Shanghai. Rmb 4100 per sqm ppr. Condo, Hotel, Resort, Mall, if add Office Building for rental income * targetting those Shipping, Logistics, E Commerce , Trading Import and Export, Banking will be fantastic ! |
