Hi everyone, am a longist too though i have significantly less shares with you guys. Am just sharing with yall some of my opinions so pls don' t take it personally. Based on past news as we have seen, the rise of vaccine news or even vaccines entering trial phase 3 news were already heavily hyping the recovery stocks and bringing down med stocks like sri trang for instance. Now that so many companies are almost towards the end of their phase 3 vaccine test, i speculate that we will see alot more of these news like pfizer/morderna that will eventually bring about greater collpase to this stock in the short term. Although i myself also a longist, can' t help but be worried that news bouts of vaccine news will eventually arise in the coming months and this stock migjht just take another hit. Now we see that gloves margin already account for 50++ percent of sri trang' s business, it is rather concerning than if we see " their normal rubber business (not gloves) flourishing" . But then again, this is just my take and of course not all os gonna agree with me. I' m really starting to think if this stock is worth the hold now seeing that it might plunge further down and for it to bounce back to it' s peak or even supass it will take a significantly longer amount of time than any other stock/market/industry out there. 20% drop during a day was really huge felt like an entire correct for me. update: while i' m writing, mordena news suddenly appeared saying it' s vaccine was 94.5% successful 😩 |

I actually get and fully understand some of the negative sentiment towards STA at the moment.... 1. The stock is up 150% since March so why not realize your profits. 2. The earnings from a higher ASP for gloves have come through to the P& L 3. Covid angst has pretty much peaked - vaccines are on the horizon and the situation should almost certainly be better in 6 months time So sentiment should be against the stock and earnings may not be sustainable? I agree it makes sense at first glance but it does reflect a fundamental misunderstanding of STA' s profit model which is far more robust (and lagged) to the underlying fundamentals. Personally, I believe the share price will be at least twice where we currently are in 6 months time - but time will tell. There is absolutlely nothing wrong with booking profits and ' getting out early' ... |

this counter believe will not go up super fast , but go up slow and steady again,. haha which recommend as long term investment. maybe can try Medtecs for short term gain, as they up fast and furious. |
