It has a few other things like Share Buyback Mandate, IPT Mandate, Takeover rules, how to use treasury shares from share buyback, like awarding them to employees or non exec directors in the share performance plan (so no dilution to the rest of the shareholders, which is good!) etc... Only the Share Performance Plan need SGX to approve, and they got it today, and then at AGM on April 20, the motion has to be passed.
