I' m not sure whether we shld just accept & called it a lost today ... in exchange now we have a revenue generating biz tmrw, a massive plant producing membrane-related products plants in PRC & a quarry in Malaysia.

I think so, last year Voyage research bring them to a seminar in NTUC , supposed the boss said once successfully listed it marble business they will try reward royal shareholders of Tritech with good divident..

Looking at the way up and down, seems to suggest invisible hands... I better avoid this one... My heart very weak.... Those in, gd luck, as I said earlier.... Be careful.... Tritech use a very familiar tactic of pushing up price to issue bonus warrants and stock split. and they succeeded with warrant at 0.20, super share dilution to about 0.1154 NAV from previous 0.2086 NAV , those who got the warrant and X2 shares are starting to suffer now once share price below 0.20. total issued number of ordinary shares, excluding treasury shares, of 773,149,186 (31 March 2013: 298,748,093). at 31 March 2014, there were 386,574,593 bonus warrants allotted and issued, each warrant carrying the right to subscribe for one new share of the Company at the exercise price of S$0.20 for each new share More share dilution massive. but at 0.20 with current NAV of 0.1154 unlikely they will be exercised once the price go towards the more reasonable valuation. |

Statement is wrong about bb and good fundamentals.. Chances of good fundalmental stocks gaining bb interest is higher than poor ones And good fundalmental stocks tat are undervalued don' t need bb to push, the results will show and naturally investors will buy. Funds will buy good fundamentals counters.. The bb u referring probably those operators and syndicates who corner the market.. |

... thats why I ask you to search google on Tritech annual growth from 2006-2010, here' s my research: TRITECH: Construction engineering specialist led by 6 PhD holders Written by Donavan Lim Sunday, 12 October 2008 18:00 Commendable Growth Booking a 60.5% increase, or S$11.8m, in turnover for the financial year ended March 2008, Tritech benefited from the slew of infrastructure and construction projects in Singapore. Specialist engineering services accounted for S$7.8m of the increased turnover with ground and structural engineering services segment making up the rest. Earnings increased 251.9% to $7.2m. Gross profit margin was maintained at an impressive 40.6%. &ldquo Looking ahead, we do not foresee any reason for margins to decline as Tritech does not rely heavily on raw materials and the company can be selective in the projects that it undertakes owing to its niche and specialised services,&rdquo commented Dr Loh Chang Kaan, Executive Director of Tritech in an exclusive interview with Shares Investment (Singapore). they are making losses these 2 years, i wouldnt say it is not a loss making company.. for whatever reasons of the loss, it doesnt matter.. at the end of the day, losses means losses.. investors are practical.. how long will it take before their new biz get into the right track.. this uncertainty wont do good to the share price.. just my opinion, to generate more discussion for fellow interested bros..
