She believes that with the "sweeping plan to unleash US oil and gas (O&G) production and boost output", Seatrium's order book may "surprise on the upside". As indicated by Seatrium previously, its two ongoing legacy projects in US shipyards are on track to be complete by the end of 2024, which should also drive an improvement in gross margins going forward. Lim has reiterated her "buy" call while raising her fair value estimate for the counter from $2.64 to $2.82, based on a 12-month forward price-to-book (P/B) multiple of 1.35x.
