Day 1 $2.95 +4.50% STI -0.96% Day 2 $3.16 +7.12% STI +0.71% Day 3 $3.26 +3.16% STI -0.49% Day 4 $3.40 +4.29% STI +0.93% Day 5 $3.30 -2.94% STI -0.49% I think this is a positive sign for CLI.. it shows many are confident and willing to have exposure in the stock. |

Nothing to worry about, for a stock with high interests, and been rallying since opening day. You can know there are a lot of contra players when it' s a Friday, and they want to clear their position. Plus all its stable of REITs are down today. Since the beginning of COVID-19 global pandemic, SGX has been in the doldrums, now trapped around 3.000, whereas Dow is now so much higher about 35,000 up from a low of less than 25,000. SGX will roar back as it should. | ||||

The current weakness in SGX is a knee jerk reaction to Evergrande' s unsettled interests debt situation. POBC has pumped US$71 billion liquidity with very low interest rates to calm nerves and hopefully lend a helping hand to Evergrande&rsquo s debt repayment. Fortunately their debt repayment is in Reminbi so POBC job to calm the market is made easier. The situation should improve next week when the cloudy sky clears. |
