x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	1) Recent development really turned off for me, everything seem too COINCIDENT. 2) I' m quite confident to say that management and few Major SSH had TAKEN PROFIT! 3) Cant really find much infomation about Ms Ng Siew Hong, beside a similar name of previous SSH for Sinja land many years ago. 4) Market usually dont favor uncertainty... 5) I BELIEVED share price will sideway, interest will die down because of reason 3 & 4..... till further development appear.... ONLY Positivity, POTENTIAL NTA may support the share price. FYI, there are a few loss making but CASH RICH company listed in STI (value trap). " HOPE" is deadly in investment/ trading.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	You are right.  It could be either way, whether the new SSH will work for the good of the co or the shareholder or only for herself.  The previous SSH is also the Director and CEO, so when he sold the shares, besides making the gains(difference between market price and sale price), he is also acting act the Director and CEO to ensure that the general shareholders are not disadvantaged. CONSTRUCTION group Lian Beng has agreed to sell its recently accumulated substantial stake in media storage products seller Datapulse Technology for about S$7.59 million in cash to Datapulse's executive deputy chairman and chief executive officer Ng Cheow Chye, it said in a Singapore Exchange (SGX) filing on Thursday. The sum it will get for those shares appears to be significantly above their market value based on Datapulse's last closing price, though it is unclear what price Lian Beng bought them for. Lian Beng said that as at Thursday, it held about 22.85 million shares or 10.43 per cent of Datapulse. Datapulse shares closed flat at 21.5 Singapore cents on Thursday before Lian Beng's announcement, which gave it a market value of about S$47.10 million. A 10.43 per cent stake of that market value would work out to about S$4.91 million
