Any new shares issued arising from conversion will be known after 12 Nov 21. B. Oiltek IPO If Koh Bros do convert, they?d convert now if they wish to give a boost to the price . The others holding the warrants will make minimal impact as they collectively hold less than 25%. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The issue I have now is whether this company has made a breakthrough in filters, which is probably different from their other business all along.    If so, maybe it is a company worth hanging on to for long term.      I mean if the value is there, other big fish could start biting.    PentaOcean already got a big bite.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The warrants were issued free with a Rights in 2017.    There was no payment for the warrants directly, but shareholders may not have taken up the Rights without the warrants.      the conversion of the warrants is at 10cents, but the way the price has moved, in spite of all the projects they won is a disappointment to the shareholders who held on to the warrants.      If they come up with another Rights issue, quite sure the response would be dead.      Total loss of credibility.

Wishletoe      ( Date: 29-Oct-2021 17:25) Posted: Upon expiry, the warrants has zero value.  This is a sore point with investors who are laden with these warrants.    A lot of goodwill is washed down the drain.    A company that does not reward investors for staying with them eventually ends up with contracting prices and an illiquid stock.    Looks like Koh Eco is coming out of a crisis but it has already lost a lot of credibility - when it raised funds, it added these warrants to entice shareholders.    Now these warrants are going to have zero value.      Shareholders feel like slapping the CFO for this trick.
