Do note as per our bro Spin Around who will not be spun around, that the skins, i.e. CHNGMURAIs are going to go for more and more, and not stop buying. No worries on next weeks and months, CHNG will continue to increase his shareholding and create value for all shareholders in the skins in the game. You mean shareholder cannot sell? I think there must be cut off time for shareholder to sell. After EGM the price will sure tank, it should worth a little more before EGM. But, here again so far it is not the case, it looks both parties are not interested in buying from minority shareholder. They are asking for depressed price. Or is it " concerted parties" cannot buy during this period? I not good at this kind of situation. |

I think you can vote if you are a SHAREHOLDER by 7 Nov 5pm. Then thereafter, you can sell your shares AND your VOTE will still be counted... | ||||

Hongchangcc I think you mistaken me. I am refering to in selling the share and not about voting. The last date that buying the share can be consider as a vote or vice versa. If voted then cannot sell is it ? otherwise how to compute the vote count, is there a cut off date. |

We are entering the week of the skins, all our efforts will count for nothing if the skins shareholders do not play their part. Do not lose heart, because do note the questions posed to the current board especially the baffling ones. If voted in CHNG will carry vibropower to greater heights, vibropower will win so big it can' t believe how big it is winning

And when we look at the new board, we have tons of expertise and experience, it is a no brain.
We have a real estate specialist who is more of a specialist than any other specialist, we have a lawyer who is one of the most successful in Singapore (do google him to check him out), and we have a corporate funds advisor (not so sure what this is) who is extremely successful, do check him out. Compared to the current board we are on no fights. Things for shareholders to consider when they vote in the coming EGM.

And as for the salary of CEO BENEDICT CHEN, I am not good on it at all.
During Covid pandemic everyone is cutting salary and cutting costs cutting heads, but somehow CEO BENEDICT CHEN seems to be special....very special....I am not good on this He need to come clean on this matter once and for all, or the wrath of the vibropower shareholders will be unleashed on him.

Current vibropower board do not have the interest of vibropower shareholders at heart, they only have their own interests at hard They are skins in their own game, they allow CEO ARMS LENGTH SIEW MENG to set up shop 2 min away from them, do check GOOGLE MAPS TO SEE IT FOR YOURSELF As for the independent director, I am not good on his independence, he is not independence, I think that hiring the independence director is not good for the independence of the board My 2 cents.

I must truly agree with bro WBullish.
There are too many baffling questions, and we the skins are truly indebted for him for spending on last days to figure out so many questions for us, so many links. I wonder what else he will help us discover before November 7? On my end I will try to be as SKINS as him. Bottom line is CHNG and his dedicated team of professionals have battled debt and overcome them, they have the best interests of vibropower at heart, if vibropower dun do well they will have much to lose, if vibropower do well they will share all the earnings and not keep any for themselves, if vibropower do super well they will give everything back. Alessandro deep pockets Chng will have no problems , no issues , he has already convinced all shareholders. His team of dedicated directors and dedicated SKINS are SKINS in the game and they will protect vibropower and bring vibropower to greater heights. It is most important to realize all these points, that Daddy CHNG will help us on. No questions, here we go confirmed. |

It is truly sad for Vibropower shareholders to see value in their shares deteroriate for the past 3 years... Here are the things for shareholders to consider when they put their votes to count BEFORE 7 November 2020 at 9.00 a.m.: 1. The current board has issued share placement at discount earlier this year and at this latest EGM, there is a resolution 9 to request for approval to issue more shares. Haven' t the board seen how share price tanked after the previous share placement? 2. CEO continue to enjoy same salary/benefits while company performance is on the downtrend. (in such hard times, other list cos management team and board are taking paycuts...but CEO Benedict Chen is probably more special..) 3. As mentioned by others, Chen Siew Meng (brother of VibroPower co-founder, chairman and CEO Benedict Chen Onn Meng) probably wants to keep status quo so both himself and his brother have been buying shares... Accordingly to announcement by Vibropower' s current board, the IPTs are arms length transactions and normal commercial terms and it has been disclosed to shareholders...interestingly, Chen Siew Meng' s MASON INDUSTRIES is just 2 min walk from Vibropower office (go google map to check it out). 4. Hiring lead independent director of more than 10 yeares with the Company (Mr Balasubramaniam was appointed as Vibropower' s Independent Director on 10 May 2007) to take on lawsuit against others...(if you see the announcement for the latest results, about S$200k has been spent on legal fees) On the OTHER SIDE, 1. CHNG comes from a &ldquo old money&rdquo family background and his deep pockets will probably come in handy 2. CHNG and his cousin are substantial shareholders and if the value of Vibropower continue to deteriorate due to poor business performance, all their money and shareholders money are going down the drain. 3.
