x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	New rules have been confirmed Friday. Major change will be the imposition of a minimum trading price of 0.20 for Mainboard listed shares. I think this is a good step however my friend Gabriel has pointed out, that won' t prevent such penny stocks rout from happening again. In the early nineties I was a lone wolf in pushing for the circuit breakers after seeing prop traders in similar meltdowns playing that naked short game. Sadly the good intentions fell on deaf ears then. The present moves are retrospective, decades belated and hardly proactive they should have been implemented yesterday. The collateralised new measures, a modified adaptation of the US model is however a timely and prudent policy abeit that 5% is on the low side. Mainboard listed SunningDale closes 0.20 Friday below its 0.30+ book value with a week to its quarter results. Take care and successful investing everyone  )

Due to reliability and subjectivity concerns H& S is seldom used by the professionals despite the academic noises you may hear the classics still are better references.
