Temasek paying 1.68 to rescue old uncles and aunties trapped, not to mention 3q results for sgx companies start to show declining margin, start of dispointing quarters till global economy recover in 2018. 1.63 give like 2.5% yield, 1.6 is like 4%. Very safe but if it drop below 1.60 caution taken deal might fail.

Temasek paying 1.68 to rescue old uncles and aunties trapped, not to mention 3q results for sgx companies start to show declining margin, start of dispointing quarters till global economy recover in 2018. 1.63 give like 2.5% yield, 1.6 is like 4%. Very safe but if it drop below 1.60 caution taken deal might fail.

Best way to know is for these people to buy a lot and vote against .. Then it shld be very clear.. I only pity those cpf holder uncle auntie who might not know the implication of SOA if it fail ... CPF investors eager to cash out judging from these 2 cases, just need 75% of 46% to vote yes then it over. Lot would vote through proxy letter since u got huge number of investors only those big players and some retiree attendence. Waiting for right entry point since current price not support by temasek

Interestingly i was told by someone that they also need a majority of those present besides the 75%. Meaning if there are 100 attendees, and 51 vote against, it may also not go through. May need to verify. Uncles, aunties and retirees now know what to do and spend that say and hopefully get free Makan too. Haha.
