And even if you do right issue, there is also fee to the underwriter which is between 3% to 7%. So this 10% is just has premium fee, because it is a junk shares. Just treat this placement shares as right issue, the difference is there is no right to subscribe, people who is willing to buy, just go to the market and buy at $0.2 cents from the underwriter who got 10% fee. I am saying this not because I am defending the company, I am not recommending people to buy, those who want to buy must know this is junk share, and highly speculation. I, myself, was trapped at higher price, and will only average the share price when it arrives at $0.001.
