However, to-date, the Company has not been approached by any party regarding any transaction involving the shares of the Company. Shareholders and investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company and to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests. Shareholders who are in doubt as to the action they should take should consult their stockbroker, bank manager, solicitor or other professional advisors. Hi-P International (SGX:H17) announced the unconditional offer of $2.00/share by its controlling shareholder to take the company private. The offer price represent 23.2%, 42.3%, 50.6% and 62.5% over the volume weighted average price per share for the 1-month, 3-month, 6-month and 12-month periods.

More likely she?s either selling off her holdings ( either partially or entire holding ) or buying up entire company and taking it private. If selling, can?t be at big loss from what she paid ( $1.08).
