Frencken's strong presence in a wide variety of industries and business segments - Automotive, Analytical & Life Science, Medical, Semiconductor and Industrial & Industrial Automation provides greater resilience and stability. With the diversification, for the 9-month period, the strong Semiconductor segment was able to mitigate the fall from Industrial Automotive due to the completion of a key project. Riding on robust Semiconductor, with c.30% revenue exposure to the growing semiconductor industry. Trading at discount to peers. Frencken is trading at a c.30% discount to peers? PE, which is too deep, in our view. Furthermore, the stock is supported by a dividend yield of c.3% based on 30% payout ratio. Risks Dependence on global market conditions. Frencken has exposure to customers in the US, European Union (EU) and Asia. A broad global economic slowdown could impact demand and earnings. Valuation Maintain BUY with a higher TP of S$1.51. We raised our TP to S$1.51 on the back of the higher earnings forecasts as we upped our margin assumptions. Our TP is still pegged to 13.2x FY21F PE, at a 20% discount to peers? average given Frencken?s smaller scale. | ||||
