x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	actually i did a conservative calculation (benjamin graham method) on their latest 3rd quarter results. their current asset is circa $68.7mil. if we were to minus all liabilities (current and non-current total $13mil), they would still have more than $55.5mil. and divide these by 5.4bil shares, thats about 1 cents each. but their current price is $0.004. and recently they got another $8mil going into their coffers. if i have deep pockets, i would buy and become a substantial shareholder and privatise the company.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	at current prices, i would advise existing shareholders to lower your unit cost. i' ve tripled my holdings in the past one month. current bid price is 0.007. thats lower than what substatial shareholder wong beng koon paid for (0.008) when he bought from former CEO Quek. at 0.007, its also a discount of more than 50% NAV (0.159).

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Sitting on paper losses won&rsquo t affect Wong Arsenal , through director fees , big fat salaries and authority to run this business they are in full control . When all weak shareholders give up , they own even bigger percentage . Klw is very liquid with millions of cash , not in huge losses and business can pick up either through doors business or property developments not to forget potential listing in Malaysia after buying 100% back from Felda. If former MD is completely out of picture even better for door business to improve since he is waiting for his verdict where got interest and mood to grow business? But to have check and balance , hope Prince Kawi will be more active , if not appoint a representation to sit on the executive board .

Both Brunei prince (own 9%) & Wong Ben Koon (21%) sitting on paper loss excluding their directorship salaries. Everything still come down to earning! There is an TA from Donovan Ang about KLW, not sure if still valid.... (it show error msg when i tried to share the link or pic)
