Probably the most high profiled stock tomorrow with its 17.85% placement price at 37.5. Pretty obvious the BBs pushed this up for this placement but good thing is they have not exited atm so no worries yet. There is an intraday gap at 37.5 that may be covered as some gap down towards the placement expected plus the bearish sentiments from US overnight market and the potential uncertainties from Europe. But I expect any dip below 37.5 to be temporary, if any at all, lest this placement exercise becomes a failure which is less likely than not, thus already a natural flooring. It is also likely that this mark down would complete the correction from recent move immediately. Depending on who the placements go to and if the Myanmar's JV/venture is real and achievable, I am positive on this counter. But most important of all is still to see what the BBs do from tomorrow. Tracking their footprint closely is paramount and beats our whatever form of analysis. And as always, once the market starts, all expectations are thrown out of the window... |

the myanmar JV is largely due to pulling powers of tong n PL. tong is trained in malaysian corporate scene so i would thk the " culture shock" , play punk, undertable he would hv seen it done it. im too technical hence i never got to enter this stock. but as its sentiments play now ie. heck fundamentals & look future earnings potential, i thk this stock wil run. | ||||

It truth (if any) better to run fast once BBs throw few hundred lots each time, likely to be volatile in play, let see will it follow one day super chiong stk or not?. Note: Chiong one day stk...unifiber, contel, Informatic. Plastoform chiong - don know will last how long?. Would players, do take care...Happi speculating. |

This acquisition will turn them around, not make them lose $$. There will be a dilution in NTA because of more new shares but EPS will increase based on the profits from the JV. Why the Myanmar company want to sell the assets and go into a JV? Think because they don't have a developed capital market to tap funds. This should be win-win but never chase the price when it resumes trading. No matter how good the news, there is a price to pay.... | ||||

after this acquistion the company will be in the Red. no guarantee that this is going to generate profit for this business. is also very much depending on the country politics( a lot of uncertainties). i think is an opportunity to sell when the news is out. | ||||
