Anyway, since PRC is now facing backlash with their overseas listed companies scandal like Luckin Coffee etc, it will be foolish of them to not try to repair our perception of their oursea companies. I don' t mind email their management & our exchange regulator to report this multi year phenomenon, if somebody could provide me their email address. |

Just to share my experience. I do buy around S$1k worth of share every now and then. Many times after I bought, within 5s somebody will sell very little amount of share to push down the price. The management are not interest in saving the share price, because either: a) This company is owned by PRC, no motivation in preserving share price: or b) Something sinister is going on, and the management is in bed with the BBs, so that BBs can buy up this counter with pennies for a dollar If you are confident with the company, just buy now and then for the long term. This will piss the BBs off =)

China Everbright Water
DUAL-LISTED China Everbright Water on Wednesday issued 300 million yuan (S$58.9 million) in asset-backed securities to qualified investors based in mainland China.
The bulk of the issuance is in five classes of preference securities. These are set to mature in tranches from 2021 to 2025, with a composite annual interest rate of 3.54 per cent.
The underlying assets are the wastewater treatment service fee rights of Everbright Water' s subsidiaries, for projects in Liaoning province.

Yeah what a joke, so many targets high but price keeps going down. Kongsi keeps expanding, winning projects after projects, but keeps disappointing investors with their price shrinking. Latest press release, ext: " Press Release Everbright Water Issues First Asset-Backed Securities Singapore and Hong Kong, 17 June 2020 &ndash China Everbright Water Limited (&ldquo Everbright Water&rdquo or the &ldquo Company&rdquo , stock codes: U9E.SG and 1857.HK) (中 国 光 大 水 务 有 限 公 司 ), an environmental protection company focusing on water environment management, is pleased to announce that the Company has today issued asset-backed securities (&ldquo ABS&rdquo ) to qualified investors in the mainland China with a size of issue of RMB300 million. The proceeds from the ABS issuance will be used to replenish working capital of the Company and its subsidiaries." What for kongsi boast here boast there, saying kongsi please to announce this, please to announce that, but price keeps shrinking from top to bottom. Think management has not done a good job of enhancing share value lah.

Seems to me, like quite obvious some game is being played. Otherwise with share buyback mandate how can the kongsi just sit idly to let the value be so low, esp nav is 53.3c, cih 12.4cps, pe 4.26, eps 5.0c. And do u think the parent coy which owns 75% will not do anything to shake the chairman, ceo, dirs and whatnots to do something to boost the superly underpriced market value. Our regulator and SIAS quite good at queries, maybe shd query why the price is so underpriced when the coy is so fundamentally strong. Just opinion, writing for the long suffering investors.
