You have remaining 6 Keppel shares which do not fulfill the requirement (of having 9 shares). So these remaining 6 Keppel shares will not be entitled for the dividend in-specie. In short, you will get 366 K-Reit shares. This is still an odd lot because you need to think of ways to sell the 66 K-Reits in the market. Hope it helps. Cheers. Overall net profit ? when including its ?non-core portfolio for divestment and discontinued operations? ? was also lower, dragged down by fair value losses and lower monetisation gains from its non-core assets. The company did not give specific figures for net profit. Shares of Keppel closed 0.3 per cent or S$0.04 higher at S$12.03 on Wednesday.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I have mentioned about this and today business update do point to weakness ( EVEN on New Keppel )  However the old Keppel ( legacy etc ) are STILL part of the business ...how long and when can it be resolved. Does it means that new keppel do well  ...then old keppel can remain in the book forever.  Selling properties etc and monetisation are ONLY good if well invested into higher returns.  Certainly it has gone below the $12 mark now ( what happen next Monday XD).....SBB to hold it up ( for how long this can happen ? ) I guess the true value of a stock is far more important then promise .  Hope the new chairman can come in and do some magic.  DYODD ......DYODD    FATABA      ( Date: 17-Apr-2026 09:17) Posted: Interesting report ....and a search on this Corporate Monitor shows that it is run by a group of professional ( lawyers etc etc w experiences)  ( anyway IF this report is false ....Kep should and would come out to deny it and even sue them....but keeping quiet )  Note previous Muddy water on Olam ( it is silent by Temasek ) ...and went away.  Important point for us investor is to review Kep business and what is the actual value ...is it worth the $12+ today ....what  would happen after Xd and more so in the mths to come . Can it afford this level of dividend ? The New Keppel's 1Q 2026 net profit was slightly lower yoy: Higher earnings from Infrastructure and Connectivity were offset by lower Real Estate contributions. ? Recurring income rose slightly with higher operating income and stable asset management profit. Overall net profit for 1Q 2026 was lower yoy, mainly due to fair value losses and lower gains from non-core asset monetisation. Keppel's financial position improved with strong free cash inflow³ in 1Q 2026 compared to outflow in 1Q 2025: Cash inflow from operating activities compared to outflow in 1Q 2025. Cash inflow from investing activities compared to outflow in 1Q 2025, with distributions and divestment proceeds from sponsor stakes in and co-investments with REITs/Trust and private funds reaching almost three quarters of total for FY 2025. Asset management fees4 rose 13% yoy to S$108 million in 1Q 2026 currently finalising another S$2 billion of Limited Partner (LP) commitments over the next few months as investors find Keppel's solutions and track record appealing. Announced S$385 million in asset monetisations year to date 2026, with a target to monetise S$2-S$3 billion of non-core assets in 2026. Singapore, 23 April 2026 - Global asset manager and operator, Keppel Ltd. (Keppel) has released its voluntary business update for 1Q 2026.
