POTENTIAL FIRST QUARTER BUSINESS UPDATE
According to my sources, there might be a Board of Director' s Meeting to be conducted on 15 May 2026 followed with a 1st Quarter Business Update. Let' s hope a new catalyst will released by ISDN' s Management to align with CGS International Analyst' s target price of 0.96 in due course.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF ISDN AS ON 4TH MAY 2026 A) Daily Short Term Pivot Support Close at 0.51. B) End Weekly Intermediate Term Pivot Support Close at 0.47. C) End Monthly Long Term Pivot Support Close at 0.41. TECHNICAL SYNOPSIS As long as ISDN daily price action does not violate its Daily Pivot Support Close at 0.51 to date, ISDN may have the potential to test its upside between 0.70 and 0.74 before a corrective fall may take shape. Breaking and closing below its Daily Pivot Support at 0.51, its daily price action may have the potential to test its Intermediate End Weekly Support Close of 0.47. As long as ISDN closes below its Intermediate Pivot Support Close at 0.47, its daily price action may potentially test its downside of its End Monthly Long Term Pivot Support at 0.41 Closing below 0.41, may portend a very much lower price action. NB: I have a selling order through my broker to sell 200,000 shares of my SRS portfolio which I held for more than 5 years already as now I want to close out my in the money gain at 0.70 or better this week. Failing which, I shall carry forward my selling order to next week. If the selling order is done, I shall reinstate my buying order if ISDN price action falls between 0.15 and 0.20 cents in due course. Balance of my cash position in ISDN, I intend to hold on it until the upside price reaches 1.00 hopefully. Due diligence is warranted. |

What happened on Friday:
Nasdaq Composite rose about +0.9% (~+220 pts).
Semiconductor names like Intel also gained.
👉 This signals risk-on mood + tech strength.
🔗 How this flows to Singapore / ISDN.
1. Global tech sentiment tailwind
Nasdaq is heavily tech-weighted.
When it rallies:
Asia tech counters (including SG small caps tied to automation/AI like ISDN) often follow sentiment.
Especially relevant because ISDN is exposed to:
Industrial automation/Robotics/
AI themes.
👉 Net effect: positive bias at open.
2. Semiconductor strength = indirect boost.
Intel up &rarr suggests semiconductor cycle not weakening short-term.
ISDN supplies motion control / automation &rarr linked to manufacturing capex.
👉 Not direct correlation, but:
Improves sector narrative and
supports valuation rerating sentiment.
3. But ISDN is NOT a pure beta play.
Here&rsquo s the reality (important):
ISDN is a small-cap SGX stock.
Driven more by:
Order flow /Contracts/
Local Liquidity/
Speculation Rotation.
Not purely Nasdaq-driven.
🧠 Bottom line:
Nasdaq + Intel rally = supportive backdrop.
Expect: slightly bullish opening bias next Monday trading.
But ISDN move depends on:
Volume and whether 0.635 breaks convincingly.
👉 In one line:
Good long term end monthly technical upside momentum tailwind, but ISDN still needs its own catalyst to run hard with more new or existing catalysts to surface before 1st half financial results release sometimes in August 2026.
Hopefully, my target price of 0.70 will be achieved next week for me liquidate my existing SRS shares for a neat profit.

Q1 business update will be either next week or week after followed by Q1 briefing to be held after BOD meeting held on 15th May.
Q1 business update will confirm that business is on the uptick.
If Q1 business update exceeds expectation then another rerating is possible.
Another exciting news before 2H likely will guide share price to 96cts. There are many catalysts ahead but that is all for now.
IMO, Price to hit > $1.5 in 2027/2028.

In view of the latest 94c tp, 60c seems too cheap and I decidecd against selling. I think I can easily get 70-75c before I start selling .Let' s see what happens next week. Fingers crossed.

BOTTOM LINE OF ISDN:
The CGS mere mention of EMDP(EQUITY MARKET DEVELOPMENT FUND) is meaningful&mdash but subtle:
It&rsquo s not &ldquo EMDP is buying now&rdquo
It&rsquo s &ldquo ISDN is entering the radar of funds that could buy over time&rdquo .
That&rsquo s actually more powerful if it plays out, because it suggests:
a transition from speculative trading &rarr to institutional accumulation phase.
Let' s hope the above can be self fulfilling in due time as SGX needs the liquidities of small cap trading.
