Cannot up mean cannot up . How to force it ? Longtermer      ( Date: 19-Aug-2020 14:30) Posted: Just read the latest slide Results presentation provided by STA yesterday.. Noticed a few things besides the excellent Q2 results: 1) Rubber prices are trending back up strong in July and August. 2) Their huge rubber plantation is 7200 ha or 10% the size of SIngapore. Now tapping is about 20%. Next year likely will move up to 40 to 45%. 3) Production about 1,400 tons in 2020. From the table given, it move up to 4,500 tons and 7,000 tons in 2021 and 2022 resp. 4) Glove production capacity will be ramped up from 32.6b to 45.8 in 2022. They target 100b glove output in 2032. 5) The costs structure for their glove manufacturing and distribution seems much lower than the Malaysian companies which will mean more profits. The above info are some strong fundamentals going for this company. I also believe their Q3 and Q4 will be much stronger as the higher ASPs for rubber and gloves will all be taken in these coming qtrs results. Patience is needed here. Hold longer and not for contra.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I think no guarantee  STA SG price is at 6.2% premium higher than STA TH.  It has happened historically but that doesn' t mean it will always happen or continue to happen.  The market participants may decide not to pay premium. They have the final say.  Now THB 27.5  so if  0.044, it is S$1.21.  If 0.045, it is S$1.2375.  Too risky to speculate!
