I would like to reiterate again - the Cheongs pay themselves handsomely based on UNREALISED NON-CASH revaluation gains from which they don' t have to even lift a hand to work but are being paid in CASH (yes,CASH). SIAS and the authorities are NOT looking at this. However, it   is still possible for them to privatise by borrowing voting rights.   Current borrowing interest rate is 2% with SGX getting 30% of the 2%.   See  https://www1.cdp.sgx.com/sgx-cdp-web/lendingpool/show  . I lost patience and switched to another 5-10x speed dividend stock. Good luck to those waiting for miracles to happen.   Best case scenario is they sell one or two assets and give out special dividends.
