Creative Technologies sells US office building for US$11.13 milCreative Technologies has entered into a purchase and sale agreement with an unrelated buyer for the proposed sale of its property at 1901 McCarthy Boulevard in Milpitas, California, for a consideration of US$11.13 million ($15.0 million). The agreement was signed by Creative' s wholly-owned subsidiary, C L Realty. Under the agreement, the buyer will pay a deposit of US$1 million into an escrow account, which is refundable if the results of the review on the property is unsatisfactory. The balance of the purchase consideration, along with the deposit, will be paid to the group upon completion of the transaction. The transaction is expected to be completed in the 1HFY2022 ended June. It is said to be in the group' s best interests, as it allows the group to unlock the value of the asset. The proposed transaction will realise net cash proceeds of US$9.7 million, which will be used as general working capital. It is expected to contribute US$9.1 million to the group' s net profit after accounting for the net book value of $0.6 million and estimated expenses and taxes. Shares in Creative Technology closed 4 cents lower or 1.6% down at $2.50 on July 8. |

WhAt???If this is razor company,I believe the sale revenue margin.But I can' t believe creative ' s product can sell that much to this $36 million USD level.Usually ppl will not buy the same old creative product over and over again every year.And don' t tell me they sold so much super X-Fi product due to current lock down from the epidemic disease.Right now the total number of app download users is still the same with 3 years ago - only 50k + download with the aggreated score of 2.6/5 and it also received a lot of negative reviews,it rarely show any endorsement review from the super X-Fi device new users with full satisfaction of their product. | ||||

What an Ugly Clown Stock !!!!! Ever so often, the CEO will come out in the news to hype up whatever new gadget or new technlogy and the share price goes up as the blind goes into a frenzy. Then within a couple of days, share price crashed back to earth as reality strikes ........ yet again as always. Even the blindest of the blind can see this vicious cycle repeating over and over again like a nightmare that never goes away !!!!! The consumer electronics firm said on Friday it expects to report an operating loss for FY2021. Revenue is estimated at around US$36 million for the second half of the financial year ended June 30, 2021, an increase from US$30 million in the corresponding period of the previous year, but a decrease compared to US$47 million in the first half of FY2021. As of ar2020, Razer has net cash of USD 621 million. Thats approx SGD 820 million net cash. Should come and take a look at Creative. Recently Razer launched a gaming facemask with built in microphone and speakers. Obviously, sound is very important to Razer business. Waiting for Razer' s call... |
