But this round only Chip Eng Seng Construction will be injected into OKH Not sure if this is correct though. $ is not an issue here as Mr Gordon Tang is powerful enough to launch a GO for Suntec REIT.  That is the reason why shares issuance are involved here because it would beef up his holdings in OKH to above 50% with a waiver for GO.
