Brunei Prince owns a substantial percentage in this company, he should make his presence felt . Once he appoints a representative or make himself more involved , KLW will rise like a phoenix. Now no one knows what&rsquo s happening , directors will be contented with directors&rsquo fees and freedom in running this company with little interference . It will not benefit small shareholders or even the Prince for his large share holding. | ||||

No a buy or sell call, just sharing their current outlook 2018 Current assett Prepayments, trade and other receivables increased by 11% from $16.05 million to $17.87 million as at 30 September 2017 mainly due to deposit paid for new machinery purchase in Malaysia. Inventories increased by 24% from $7.16 million to $8.89 million as at 30 September 2017. This is mainly due to increase in raw materials in anticipation of increase in sales from the new production line in Malaysia. Cash and cash equivalents increased by 59% from $28.08 million to $44.58 million as at 30 September 2017 mainly due to the net sales consideration from the disposal of the property at 301 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, Australia on 21 April 2017. Property held-for-sale decreased by 100% from 31 March 2017 to 30 September 2017. This is due to the completion of the disposal of the property at 301 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, Australia on 21 April 2017. Current liabilities Borrowings decreased by 92% from $15.96 million as at 31 March 2017 to $1.24 million as at 30 September 2017. This is mainly due to settlement of the term loan upon disposal of the property at 301 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, Australia on 21 April 2017. |

Its true this one no one playing a look at the balance sheet shows its making a loss for the most recent quarter vs a profit of $2m++ YOY but then the cash balance at 44m is stronger than before and NAV 0.0136 vs share price of 0.008 now will probably stay weak for a long while but can buy at 0.008 and put in under pillow |
