x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Market sell down first before those creditors come flooding it with cheap Vallianz shares. Vallianz has been using their shares as the currency for any monkey businesses since day 1, be it business acquisition or whatever.   It did it so well that its share base increased from 1.2bil to 3.2 bil within a year.   Majority dilution is one thing.   But those business owners whose businesses got acquired taking Vallianz shares can use them in Fairprice to buy things?   Ofc not.   Need to cash out first right?   From where?   Bank ATM?   No. No.   From the market with poor shareholder pouring their hard-earned money in and holding on to false hope of a viable turnaround business. The mgmt is obviously taking shareholders for a very nice ride.   Your only hope lies not within the company but that the market may one day go so crazy that the price shoot up .

Not to say there isnt enough free float already on the market, and more dilution is on the way? It will be a company that erodes cash and tries to keep paying mgt salaries only. The question is which companies are creditors ready to back while the industry recovers from slowdown.
