x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	the company did some share buyback together with the chairman and ceo at 28.5c - 30c late last year but has since stopped. possibly in the blackout for potential corporate action? anyway in their FY19 results, it was mentioned that they are looking at M& A opportunities. together with the dividend policy, about time that they utilise the proceeds of the convertible loan well to make sure that there' s no negative carry.  good value play with organic and inorganic growth potential but let' s see where and how the market prices this stock Bighuat      ( Date: 25-Feb-2020 11:57) Posted: One of rare gem with good fundamentals. See below Revenue (x1000) 2019 - $94,672 2018 - $85,069 UP - 11.3 % Profit (x1000) 2019 - $13,661 2018 - $12,928 Up - 5.7 % Dividend declared = 0.8 cents There was a mix up in the year in the earlier post. Above is the corrected version. FYI

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	unless the results by end of month prove otherwise, valuations are attractive given that it trades at ~10x PE based on analysts' estimates for FY20 compared to peers that trade closer to 20x. the only issue that I have with this stock is their lack of dividends to reward long-term shareholders who believe in them. would be great if management can start looking into it
