Exactly, need to keep accumulating position to vote for change. This EGM cannot sure have next AGM and more EGM, why stop buying. OHL never give up on calling repeated EGM. Now Chen camp is already buying to keep status quo. Everyday Chen nibbling not Chng buying leh. Where is plan B. Can lose this battle but don' t lose the war hor. This time fire warning shot, the management and board cannot suka suka do what they want now. Must deliver good result, reward shareholders handsomely otherwise vote them out. Still shareholders want Vibropower to revive not going down right?

For CEO Benedict Chen and the current board...we can see the key events that have unfolded... 1. issue share placement at discount and at latest EGM, there is a resolution 9 to request for approval to issue more shares. Haven' t the board saw how share price tanked after the previous share placement? 2. CEO continue to enjoy same salary/benefits while company performance is on the downtrend. (in such hard times, other list cos management team and board are taking paycuts...but CEO Benedict Chen is probably more special..) 3. hire lead independent director to take on lawsuit against others...(if you see the announcement for the latest results, about S$200k has been spent on legal fees) |

I concur with SpinAround.... Chen Siew Meng (brother of VibroPower co-founder, chairman and CEO Benedict Chen Onn Meng) wants to keep status quo so both himself and his brother have been buying shares... Accordingly to announcement by Vibropower' s current board, the IPTs are arms length transactions and normal commercial terms and it has been disclosed to shareholders...interestingly, Chen Siew Meng' s MASON INDUSTRIES is just 2 min walk from Vibropower office (go google map to check it out). If CHNG and team get into the BOARD of VIBROPOWER, wonder what will they find.... |

I thought there are saying here about IPT and Chen Siew Meng is benefiting from this ..... Isn' t it obvious he is buying to keep status quo. Lately and now he is the one buying mother share and warrant not Chng, even win want to win BIG to prevent another EGM la like Raffles. No ending.

As the skins we do not rule out anything. Tan Sri CHNG can work with USELESS CHEN. Why not? They are skins in the game in the money where the mouth is. No problems to thumb down the Chen, super millionaires father and brother helping. Skins in the game

Don' t doubt the CHNG. Refer to the new announcement, he continues to increase. No problems to thumb down Chen, he is a super millionaire. I believe Chen Siew Meng is with CHNG, no problems.

Great signs, Daddy CHNG has stopped buying in market on 1 week, he has secured at least 67% of votes, no issues to thumb down Chen from here. On next days we will start to wean off the current board and prepare for the CHNG BOARD. | ||||

Yes, we CHNGmurais are just chicken skins, we are waiting on chief skin WBullish with CHNG to present the plans. What I can say however is that Chng has no problems to thumb down Chen, no worries.
