if yield is 4%, then share price should be around $1.37..

Check back to confirm whether or not the earlier hypothesis is making sense. Now the NAV according to the latest financial results is $1.058 with EPS of 13.4 cents. The company should be able to afford full year dividend of at least 5.5 cents, which place the forward dividend yield of 5.445% at current price. With the Central banks rates coming down, let' s hope the market compress the yield to around 4-5% which will translate to higher share price.

Finally BPJ will be assimilated wholely into BSL, it has come full circle since carved out of BSL in April 2015. The new ' entity' now has the NAV of 98.5 cents and in the short term, the share price should move closer to the NAV. It should not be too much of an ask as BSL' s annual eps should be in the range of 10+ cents with dividend of at least 4 cents. A yield of 4.5% would put the share price at 90 cents. Let' s see.

 Alert Admin 		It can happens but ' NOW' may not be the case, as the unptrend seems strong, especially ' NOW' is not too long after XD and the price didn' t even drift back toward scrip price. However, the lowest price I added was 85.5 and I do not wish to see 77 at all, and I think the price won' t go there unless there is a global crisis so got to prepare for such a scenario.

It did hit $1.05 as early as 29 May and again from 9 July to 16 July. Price has stayed resilent since XD and hovering around 95-96 cents. Company seems intend to increase sharebase with the latest dividend offering scrip option, they are considerate too with the scrip price being a whole number thus it is easy to achieve whole lot after opting for scrip, unlike some reits which offer xx.xxxx kind of prices. Would stick to plan and opt for 90% scrip and buy more if somehow the price go below 90 cents if, in future.

To note that Fidelity has been adding even though they had sold down their shares previously. They have been buying at higher prices than their previous selling prices. I am still harbouring the thought that one day BSL may list a Reit with their property portfolio. Perhaps this is also part of the reason why they offer scrip for dividend now.

Boustead unit partners Evotion Labs to deploy Singapore&rsquo s first EV motorcycle battery swop stations
 
A UNIT of engineering and technology group Boustead Singapore has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with local electric vehicle (EV) solutions provider Evotion Labs to deploy Singapore&rsquo s first battery charge and swop stations for electric motorcycles.
 
Under the MOU, Boustead Funds Management (BFM) &ndash a real estate business unit under Boustead Singapore &ndash will work with Evotion Labs to deploy the latter&rsquo s electric motorcycle battery charge and swop stations at properties across Singapore, which are managed by BFM and its related entities.
 
Evotion Labs is owned by Mah, one of the largest motorcycle brand distributors in Singapore.
 
&ldquo With multiple stations across the island, users can quickly swop out depleted motorcycle EV batteries for fully charged ones in under a minute, eliminating the long wait times associated with traditional charging,&rdquo said Boustead Singapore on Wednesday (Jul 3).
 
On May 31, Evotion Labs launched Singapore&rsquo s first TR25-approved battery charge and swop service in collaboration with smart urban mobility solutions provider Niu. TR25, or Technical Reference 25, is a safety regulation issued by the Land Transport Authority for the supply of EV chargers.
 
Evotion Labs will introduce 22 battery swop stations by end-2024 and plans to expand to 400 stations over the next two years. The first two stations are located at Mah&rsquo s headquarters and gaming lifestyle company Razer&rsquo s headquarters.
 
Boustead Singapore said: &ldquo The partnership with Evotion Labs will further strengthen Boustead&rsquo s commitment to (greening) its real estate portfolio and partnering with like-minded renewable and sustainability solutions providers.&rdquo
 
As part of Boustead&rsquo s real estate division, BFM has continued to deploy rooftop solar energy systems and EV charging stations for vehicles. The group said it looks forward to the potential integration of EV battery swop stations.
