TH wants the listing to continue for sure, that's why they are only willing to increase their stake from 43 to 67% for the Rights issue. Delisting only happens if TH owns at least 90%. That explained why they only offer 8 cents, namely they wanted to keep the listing status

Even Keppel wants to disown KOM. So in retrospect, KOM should compensate SM for the merger, not the other way round. The fact that their order book is higher means nothing because the contracts were locked in, based on lower production costs. Given that material and labour costs are now so much higher, it is likely to translate to a LOSS. It follows that SM is better with lesser contracts. SM has the privilege to choose contracts that are profitable going forward

ABS approves 3D printed spare parts after successful testing on board an oil tankerABS, ConocoPhillips Polar Tankers, Sembcorp Marine and 3D Metalforge complete landmark &ldquo additive manufacturing&rdquo project
This pioneering AM project started in February 2021 with the fabrication and lab-testing of functional additive manufactured parts, which were then installed on board the oil tanker  Polar  Endeavour. After six months in operation, all parts have since been retrieved and inspected by the vessel&rsquo s crew, followed by a remote survey by ABS. Mr Patrick Ryan, ABS Senior Vice President, Global Engineering and Technology, said, &ldquo We are delighted with the performance of the parts and the successful completion of the project. It&rsquo s an important step forward for a technology that certainly has a significant role to play in the future of the marine industry. ABS is committed to ensuring these types of parts are introduced without compromising safety.&rdquo Additive Manufacturing or 3D printing is the fabrication of parts by adding material layer by layer. It means products and components can be fabricated locally or potentially on board ships and offshore assets, shrinking the supply chain and lead times for specialised and complex parts, introducing new efficiencies driven by design innovation, reduced manufacturing time, and improvements in parts availability. Traditional parts used in shipbuilding and repair are manufactured via casting or forging techniques. For this project, the consortium utilised AM to fabricate three types of parts that meet or may even exceed conventionally manufactured products in terms of quality. ABS has now approved these additive manufactured spare parts after successful onboard testing on an oil tanker. The three parts were:
Mr Robert Noyer, ConocoPhillips Polar Tankers Engineering Superintendent, said, &ldquo The superior performance of these parts in service is a testament to the rigorous engineering, manufacturing and post-production testing put in place by the team involved with this venture. We look forward to future opportunities to support our vessels with this technology.&rdquo Sembcorp Marine Head of Research & Development, Mr Simon Kuik, said, &ldquo The success of this project augurs well for the adoption of AM in the marine industry. Through AM, Sembcorp Marine is able to customise parts for our customers and reduce material wastage and remove supply chain inefficiencies. This augments our value proposition as a one-stop innovative solutions provider for the offshore, marine and energy industries and affirms our sustainability ethos.&rdquo

7.8-7.9 support --> 8.9-9 resistance --> 8.1-8.2 support --> 8.6-8.7 resistance-->8.3-8.4-support--> 8.5-8.6 resistance--> 4hr MACD close to zero. Short term key support still 7.8-7.9 and key resistance still 8.9-9. 4-5cents TP before Merge deal with keppel o&m.

Look, we are here solely for one purpose, to make money. We bet, we took the risk. We don't need people who do nothing to constantly pour cold water on us. It's fine if their analysis are sound with solid financial analysis and research. But the problem is it is NOT and that hit our nerves. You will never understand unless you have background in accounting and finance. We know what we are doing and don't need them to keep spamming. Imagine you are betting in the casino and some people on the sidelines who doesn't bet, but keep chanting negatively on your bets, tell me what will you do.

The pride and ego part I can understand but what' s the big deal when people don' t even know who you are.  Can always create a new account and start afresh.  What so difficult to let go?  Whether who is right, only time will tell.  Also, it really depends on the time horizon.  Technically, all can be right at dfferent point in time.  Do we need to be so emotional and childish?  So what if you are right?  What do you stand to gain?  People who agree with you along the way will praise you.  People who disagree don' t really give a damn whether you are right.    All we need is additional info, both positive and negative, in this forum to help us make sound risk adjusted investment decisions.
