For a Investment Bank to be interested in AM and Tribeca fund to hold significant stakes in AM, I do believe there must be some substance in the company to least warrant their attention and participation. Nonetheless, this is the extract from page 57. As announced on 17 June 2017, Living Waters transferred 46,074,788 of the Company&rsquo s shares as agreed under a personal settlement agreement between Living Water, its shareholders and Grande Pacific Limited (&ldquo Grande Pacific&rdquo ) (&ldquo the Settlement Agreement&rdquo ) reducing its holding to 118,374,974 shares. As further clarified in the announcement dated 2 August 2017, a further 46,074,788 shares held by Living Water are frozen (&ldquo Frozen Shares&rdquo ) under an order of the court as security for a potential payment for which Living Waters is liable to Grande Pacific, in connection with the following arrangement: i. I do agree that it will not affect the financial position (BS, Income statement and Cashflow) or performance (operational) of the company. But I seriously doubt it would not affect the share price behaviour (rather than performance) during this period of timeframe. Come on, CEO is the affected party and he do control the amount of news and announcement that could be made from the company right? It' s his vested interest to ensure the VWAP of SP at 24 Oct 17, is near or better more than 50c. If we just use a simple maths of 50c minus 30c, this difference would be S$9,214,957.60. Even though if CEO is a rich man, he wouldnt probably want to pay this sum of money right?  Yes yes... there is another camp of pro Jonathan that he will surely whack the SP down as much as he can by 24 Oct 17 so he can derive the maximum benefit of the compensation. I was once held to this idea until Burwill entering the picture as the possible candidate to help CEO to deny Jonathan' s plot. Before Burwill, I' m thinking who can save CEO enormous debt given the tanking of SP down to recent low of 21c (wow.. at 21c the compensation would have been S$13,361,688.50). I speculate that part of the by-the-side deal for Burwill to be able to enter at such terms might be a hidden agenda to help to support the SP to meet the definition of WVAP of 50c. Since its 7 days, guys please take note on the volume and price on 16 Oct onwards.  In summary, Canaccord still hold 11.4m options (EP at 24c, 30c, 36c) not yet exercised. They need to make payments to secure the shares before they can sell in the market to earn the profits for the services they rendered in their coverage. I think these guys are still confident with AM. Credit Suisse and Tribeca are also sub holders as of 20 Sep 17. Doubt they have run out already. They are confident with AM. Jonathan still hold the same amount of shares as of 20 Sep 17. He haven sold a single share yet. I think he' s also confident with AM. Burwill now have both offtake agreement and equity stakeholding with AM. I think they are super confident with AM. If I have to be wrong on this company, I think I had done my thorough research and along with these BBs (Credit Suisse, Tribeca. Burwill and Jonathan) that I have no regret vesting in this company big time. Ha... just my 2 cents worth. DYOD
