x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Oil price up but that only helping the upstream producer who yet to increase CAPEX, exploration and so forth...also, with oversupply OSVs these counters do not have much bargaining power to renegotiate rates...if/when CAPEX/exploration expands and oversupply eases then chances for higher rates to oil services firms will perhaps come...now irrelevant if oil up...question is for oil price to stay up, the glut to decline and then oil to rise further.... ticktock      ( Date: 21-Feb-2017 17:07) Posted: Crude at recent high but SG O& G counters in red....that does not look very good...let us see whats the announcement.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Not certain if best or worst case can be clarified as determining if bad or good will be matter of opinion...something the halt could be may be (a) rights issue, (b) share placement, (c) new investor and being offered preference shares, (d) issue of bond, (e) formal buy-out/takeover, (f) issue of letter of demand that seriously impact business, (g) outcome of legal action or perhaps (h) some agreement with Swiber JM on receivables/payables. Only speculating but leaning toward (b) or perhaps (c) then (a) and then (h)...but that all guessing...doubt any O& G issue bonds at moment...do not think someone looking to take over business fully....whether any of the above good or bad a matter of personal view...some may think RI great but other not....
