If got fresh fund, it' s will be injected on the merge. To shut the mouth of Keppel SH for getting lesser shares than SM SH in the combined entity 😄 . Keppel SH will not mind, provided 1) fresh fund injected in the new entity so that there will be enough funds to avoid a RI in the new entity, 2) TH must be major shareholders of more than 50% in the new entity, 3) the fresh fund injected must be at least based on 1.1x PB.

Just saw 3 trades bought 1,000,000 shares @ 0.109. It takes from 15.13 pm till 15.34 pm to clear from 0.107 to 0.109. About 21 mins. Base on this rate, 0.111 will be reached at 16.16 pm Lets see ! Thanks Pkli899 |
