far from over....... accumulation / consolidation phase still in progress. Clearing out folks who bought at earlier prices. Support looks strong at 27c Watch the bolliger bands get tighter and tighter. Technicals coming together again from overbought territory 2 weeks back.

9 trading days of consolidation.... wonder how long the consolidation is going to take place. EGM notice seems to be taking a little too long for my liking. |

My remiser also say need to break 30c convincingly to hit 35c. Downside for accumulation will be 28c. Counter looks set to churn and churn around these prices till fellas take profit from buying below 26c....... Today is another example for a slow day. Don' t expect any surprises tomorow too.

hi easy, Warrants from a corporate standpoint is another form of a corporate fund raising tool. it gives the flexibility of the major shareholders/promotors during the period of time to exercise any conversion if the company needs funds but of course, make sense only if the share price is above the exercise price. The warrants on the contray is not worthless.... in this case, it might be worth some serious money on the market if not exercised. Some historical examples i recalled that was done really elegantly was Second Chance a number of years ago. 2rd Chance Owner issued low exercise price bonus warrants and key shareholders kept exercising the warrants to put more cash into the coy. Share price move from 20c to 50 to 60c with record profits & super cashflow. Coy was generating so much cash that they could afford to give a 10-13% yield dividend or 3.5c. Thats how the owners got back the cash via high dividends over a few years. No way Datuk Tung would have make announcement of the bonus warrants without his other shareholders esp Peter Lim approval. Don' t think Remiser King would have given control of UPP to Datuk Tung and expect him to do nothing with UPP. -------------------------------- more recent examples : New Silkroute. 20c warrant now 88c. Ezion Warrant when they issue in April was worth 10-20c in the market when the share price was 50c. its only worthless for companies not doing well and struggling! just my 2 cents worth.

If the new investments is such a good deal, the coy need not need a sweetener such as the so call free warrants which is practically worthless ! Think about it. |

T+4 since major breakout on monday but price still stay very strong at 29c. Wonder how next week will look like the settlement day comes along next tuesday and wednesday for the intra-day surge yesterday. Wonder when will company send the EGM circular for the warrants and acqusition approval? hope they send within 14 days and not 21 days from next week. Really looking forward towards receiving the circular. |
