x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	now singpost centre has openned and will start to reflect income soon. hope they can continue to relealise the hidden value of their real estate. like 1 killiney road. 1029 sqm land with plot ratio 4.9 for commercial development. think it is easily worth 100m after putting in development of 20-30m. rental income after that?? people starting to go on holiday as some school holiday started.
