am buying secura as :
1. price now below IPO px 25 cents 2. if warrant px is 2 cents , exercise price is 35 cents 2 + 35 = 37 cents.... means they expect mother share to go above 35 cents |

Thats the name of the game right? Buying into a profitable list coy with $1.3b revenue but with some contigent liabiity that tthey are announcing. The bonds are not unsecured but I read in the announcement that there is an indemity given. if anything goes wrong ie. the tax is not paid to Canadian IRS, Tiaga is liable. 37c... that' s Tong' s entry price so after 4 years of languishing. it' s the dog' s day in the sunshine. UPP is cash generation is amazing from the powerplant deal. lol My only regret was not buying in more when they announced the 0.5c dividend earlier in August.

it don' t concern me if you keep to your belief. i knew you don' t think ppl to give negative comment on counters that you bought. just do our own diligence, otherwise you may stand to lose more as for my CNMC, i have already sold couple of months ago with very good profit.

UPP worth 37c? they buy stake in Canada company and 1 of the seller is the UPP boss. they also buy UNsecured bonds from Tiaga then they entice investor to put $$ into this company by issuing warrant priced at 37c think carefully, who benefits and who lose out? few months doen the road, you guys will know |

UPP performance today teaches us one thing :
buy potential stocks when nobody pays much attention to them..... UPP was stagnant for quite some time...i know cos i watched it almost everyday |

Well its all a story at the end of the day. Since the deal is still positive for shareholders as it adds 1c to the EPS, what only sucks is the deal is related to the CEO of UPP but I don' t think he would screw UPP. The nice thing about the bonus warrants priced at 37c is that there will be a " warrnat market" and play for main holders and shareholders. Of course the BB to have extra ammo to play with the warrants when it starts trading so it' s a win win. There had so much cash in the UPP that they have to do something with it at the end of the day. Tung came in at 37c and its been 4 years since he came in. Do you think he will sit idle and make money for miniority shareholders and not for themselves... ?? vested |

Berjaya cash out. book some profit. UPP up a lot today. means what ? means UPP got a good deal ? BCorp selling cheap ? similar story think in 2014. a bursa listed. thin 40 sen or 50 sen |
