 Alert Admin 		But I'm also expecting some flushing in the next 2 to 3 days before any rebound in sign. Those who chased the price up from 14.6 to 15 cent last Friday. There weak holders have to cut loss or weak heart have to close positions or get heart attack ..... LOL

 Alert Admin 		With the high cash level and its generally good portfolio of assets, Yingli is at the best stage in its corporate life to benefit greatly from the economic development in Chongqing - the western expansion, the organic growth of the municipal, the absorption of the commercial real estate oversupply over the past years. But it is very unfortunately being listed in SGX. So I don' t think the share price is going to surge to anything meaningful in the near term. The only reason why it would surge quickly is an imminent delisting. SGX stocks are like paintings of good artists if you know wat i mean.

 Alert Admin 		The important thing on the sale is the gain of RMB355m or roughly S$70m after deduction of costs and loan, which the purchaser will take care of. The sales proceed will come in later.

This piece of good news is likely the delay to last day of reporting season yesterday de it's FY result.

Anyway in an overall bad market day again and solely caused by Trump's protectionism trade war, let's see how this horse perform

Very good news on the completion of sales of the Commercial Centre ..... plus a set of sterling result. If tomorrow gap up at opeing match 15 cent or higher, I will add to my positions. Loaded and loading from 13.6 up all the way to today at 14.5, my highest bought price
 

UPDATE ON THE DISPOSAL OF INTERESTS IN YING LI INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL CENTRE PROJECT
The Board of Directors of the Company refers to the announcement dated 28 November 2017 in relation to the proposed disposal of interests in the Ying Li International Commercial Centre Project. (&ldquo Announcement&rdquo ) and update announcement issued by the Company on 7 December 2017 in relation to the Proposed Disposal. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement. 
 
The Board would like to further update shareholders that the Proposed Disposal has been completed and accordingly, Shiny Profit Enterprises Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company. The Company is following up closely with the Purchaser on the payment of the Aggregate Consideration in accordance with the terms of the SPA. 
 
The Board will seek the ratification of the Shareholders for the Proposed Disposal and Transfer of Land Parcel at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders to be convened (&ldquo AGM&rdquo ) and an appendix to the annual report to Shareholders setting out further information on the above transactions, together with the notice of the AGM to be convened, will be despatched to Shareholders in due course.
