Vallianz is still in denial by reporting results that still includes revenue from Swiber.   Their earning statement is totally useless to guage the true state of the company.   The saving grace is the better receivable management although overal still negative ops cashflow for a supposedly stable income company. Because they push back FY to Mar and so no external audit until then, then the mgmt can decide without any external influence on how they can execute and report their businesses.   If nothing else is available, then the way their choose to still include Swiber' s revenue suggests how they will craft their announcements. Whether you think mgmt is prudent or trying to buy time for some else is your own guess.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If buy/sell queues were a great gauge (and definitely not, just a wild speculation) then be bad news...sell queue jumped to 11 mill at 2c, and buy queue at 3 million..yesterday closed out 9 million in buy queue at 2c and 10 million at 2.1c...if applying as a rough straw-poll then would argue the decline in buy queue at 2c with big jump in sell queue at 2c implies someone knows something at it bad....though the OSV space seems to be selling down in general today so could be just market overall....but such a buy/sell queue is just a wild hypothesis... Personally doubt it a new contract...and do not think it would be share placement (though can easily be) as share placement now so soon after laying in $7 million would not be nice for Greatwill (or whatever it called) to see shares diluted....but doubt find out today... darocupcake      ( Date: 21-Feb-2017 08:40) Posted: Got new contract then is good. While most counters are up this one in red today.Maybe ppl are giving up on the rights issue thing...its been dragging on for ever now....also there is the 3rd bank yet to give waiver which will keep those wanting to hold on the edge....the company has not been able to convince that its completely out of the woods.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	we can' t really compare most of the O& G companies with swiber and ezra link.. They seemed to have sold their assets round and round, its like they do capital recycling, with marked up valuations and goodwill during the good years. So, its really difficult to come to a right value today. Look at the share price and you will know that it is being heavily discounted. Is it enough, i dont have the answer nor the trust in the management to come up with a fair value. The only thing i can do is to preserve my capital and not touch these.
