x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i' m vested too. im glad the mgmt decides to invest in a country where we have favourable exchange rate. cant go wrong in property development although it will take sometime. and great that its in jakarta itself where most of the rising middle class and the upper class are. and certainly the door business will get a boost.

JV with Indo company KLW group owning 65%. - NTA increase upon completion due to higher actual valuation of land compared to buy price - Shows company venturing into land investment & property development - However once deal completed, funding will be required for construction. Likely options would be placement/rights. Therefore, strong chance for stock price to pick up momentum so that company could get a better deal / more funds when they issue the funding exercise. Overall, the news is positive from my opinion. Those vested, what do you think.?

The above news seems to imply that the new management are restructuring the company. Hopefully for the better. Previous management was ousted and bought out.
