x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	The boss of Kimly coffee shops knows how to reward the shareholders. The div for the last 2 HY was 0.68 + 0.56c, total of 1.24cts. At current price of just 22cts, the yld is ard 5.6%.  The boss himself has 450mil sh, and his div shd be ard $5.6mil for the last 12 months. Who knows he may even double the 2HY div, just like he did for 1HY, to encourage more long term investors. Coffee shops biz, how not to make profit wan!

Even though its good 1HY div of 0.56c (2x of previous year) still got more investors selling down than buying. If for the 2HY, kongsi decides to double its usual 0.68c, ie to 1.36c, year' s total div would be 1.92c or 8.5% yld. Wah! Of course the biggest gainer would be the boss himself. High reward but u know also got high risk lah!

Both were arrested and later released on bail.  Kimly cancelled its purchase of ASC, which it bought from former Pokka Corp employee Wang Chia Ye for S$16 million in cash in July last year.  Kimly said it decided to cancel the deal after  food and drinks maker Pokka Corp gave a six-month notice on Nov 22 to terminate its manufacturing agreement with ASC.  The AGM and an extraodinary general meeting are both being held on Jan 30, at  The Grassroots&rsquo Club. Those who bought in at a high of 50 plus cents , it?s time to consider your next action. This company to me is only worth about $0.10. Don?t always think ipos are good . Ask yourself , if your company is making good profit , will you want to share it with others ? If you need money to expand , there?s plenty of cheap liquidity around , don?t need ipo. It?s most likely you know the growth in Singapore market is declining that?s when you paid a few million to ipo but cashed in your hundreds of millions for return . How many ipowin Singapore is above water ? 1 out 10 maybe . A friend of mine cut his losses on this stock when he told me about it recently . The amount is about 100k. It?s a lesson well learnt for him .
