Original vendor still holding 51% while Unusual holds 49%. Both with vested interests.
Cash payment.   No fear of shares overhang but hopefully no right issues or percent at discount to raise funding. Amount involved less than A$ 5 mil.

 Alert Admin 		The theory here is when u buy a share you need to pay up within 3 days/ 5days right. So if within this 3 days or 5 days u sell away u need not pay up the share. You received the different or pay up the different
