x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Havent quite seen this stock trade at 10% yield - value trap or an opportunity? They have a good portfolio of quality assets though - can imagine with F1, their hotels with Hilton and Crown Plaza should both benefit from the high revpar. Their commercial assets also have occupancy in excess of 95% mostly except for one small asset in Shanghai.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There is a difference between a reputable counter tanking like last time Semb Ind tanked to $1 or SIA tanked to $3.x and a lousy counter like OUE Comm reit which has the same sponsor as Lippo tanking. Reputable counter tanking u know u catch will go back up. Lousy counter tanking u catch liao may never go back again like Lippo or EC reit etc.. Also don't know why The Edge didn't invite other more successful Reit CEO to attend? Hope these 3 CEO don't blame all on the interest rate hike for the falling of their share prices. I believed something be wrong somewhere. Hope they have already realised what happened.

x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	One of the few stocks that were excluded from MSCI Small Cap Index which took effect at close of market today hence the recent selling pressure on the stock. Quite a shame given the portfolio of quality assets and resilient fundamentals of the business. Lets see if the share price can recover next week post the sell-off by index funds today. Valuations are looking very attractive at 0.4x PB and 9% yield and despite the recovering market, it trades at substantially lower multiples even relative to Covid times. Will see if its just a technical sell-off by index funds given the exclusion and where market believes its fair value should be. It will be better oue comm slowly divest their properties. Another 50% of bayfront or others. This will be more beneficial to the shareholders including them.
