Most will give be glad to rebate you if you express your choice of their unsold units. honesty      ( Date: 27-Aug-2021 18:42) Posted: problems with developers, they pay 4 to 10% commission to agents pushing their projects. yet shareholders supporting their shares been paid meagre amount. therefore when you buy new projects, go to Developers and ask for REBATES OF THOSE COMMISSION THEY PAY TO AGENTS and you get almost 4 to 10% off the selling price This is the trick, and you can tell the developers, you have a choice to buy their condos whoever gives the rebates equivalent to the commssion paid to agents. the govt of the day is not controlling this spiralling property prices and they will get hit very hard by opposition  when consumers start realising Singapore is heading towards prices in Hongkong the next 10 years.
