Read some report on SGX & understand that its biz is not only shares listing but many more. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If SGX can mandate all AGMS to be recorded and posted on SGX servers where authenticated shareholders can access at anytime (via the CDP app perhaps), that would be wonderful for transparency and retail investor level playing field. Just one extra " uploading" step from a virtual/hybrid AGM we currently already have. Even if its just an audio transcript to save on internet data transfer fees is also better than nothing, maybe can upsell the video service for a fee, audio is free.

These days also more difficult to monitor component stocks as they took out the good STI summary chart from The Business Times Weekend Edition. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	News Release 9 February 2023 SGX Group reports 1H FY2023 net profit of S$237 million Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) today reported 1H FY2023 adjusted net profit of S$236.8 million (S$221.8 million). Total revenue increased 10% to S$571.4 million (S$521.6 million). Adjusted EBITDA rose to S$334.1 million (S$309.6 million), while adjusted earnings per share climbed to 22.2 cents (20.7 cents). The Board of Directors has declared an interim quarterly dividend of 8.0 cents (8.0 cents) per share, payable on 24 February 2023.
